Agent CRM

Local-first / open source / AI-native

The AI-native CRM
for personal agents.

Give your agent a structured CRM it can search, update, and shape around the way you work.

Agent CRM is a local, customizable relationship database designed for agents—not a human dashboard retrofitted with AI. One deterministic CLI. One SQLite database. No hosted CRM or account.

01 / Beyond a contact list

Less re-explaining.
More picking up where you left off.

Keep the details that make a relationship useful—not just a name in a text file.

Build the CRM
your work needs.

Start with people, organizations, interactions, and follow-ups. Then add your own objects, typed fields, and relationships for clients, projects, properties, candidates, vendors—or a workflow unique to you.

Shape your CRM
[02]

Bring context to
the next conversation.

Search with SQLite FTS5 and retrieve bounded relationship context before a meeting. No embeddings or external retrieval service required.

Make changes
you can account for.

Schema validation, transactions, exact-retry idempotency, and immutable mutation history give agents explicit rules for writing durable data.

Own it. Move it.
Restore it.

Create complete versioned backups, restore them transactionally, or bring existing contacts in through explicitly mapped CSV. Your CRM is not trapped in a hosted platform.

Protect your data
[05]

Bring your
own agent.

Use the bundled Skill with supported hosts or call the deterministic CLI from any shell-capable agent. No dependency on one model provider, interface, or messaging channel.

Connect an agent
[06]

Keep it
under your control.

One portable SQLite database on your machine. No Agent CRM account, telemetry endpoint, cloud database, or runtime network request.

Your agent talks.
The CLI keeps the record.

Keep your existing shell-capable agent. The bundled Skill teaches it to inspect schema, search before creating, and return useful answers instead of raw tool output.

03 / Your data, on your machine

No Agent CRM cloud.
No account required.

Your CRM lives in a local SQLite file you control. Agent CRM makes no runtime network requests and provides no hosted account, telemetry endpoint, or synchronization service.

Your agent host, model provider, or messaging channel may still receive data you ask the agent to read. The database and exports are not encrypted by Agent CRM. Back up before upgrades.

Understand the privacy boundary

Start small. Use fake data first.

A useful memory starts
with one local record.
